We offer free UK shipping on most orders over £100. Some larger items, including air conditioning units and fridges, need pallet delivery, with costs shown at checkout. Delivery charges for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Alderney, Herm and Sark are also calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch the same day, but please allow up to 3 working days.
We ship some products to Europe and worldwide. Delivery usually takes 5 to 20 days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and customs or duty charges may apply. We do not ship water and air heaters, parking heaters or stoves outside the UK.
We provide tracking for all orders. We do not refund shipping costs for delivery delays, and we recommend not booking installers until your order has arrived. Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Any damage, missing items or delivery issues must be reported within 7 days. For damaged goods, email sales@thermotechnica.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in undamaged original packaging. Returns must be made by the original purchaser. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are usually subject to deduction of the original shipping charge and a 5% restocking fee.
We may reduce or refuse a refund if the item has been opened, used, installed, damaged, or returned with missing parts not caused by our error.
