Shipping & Returns

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We offer some free shipping on orders over £100 to Mainland UK only. Shipping costs to the following areas are calculated at Check out- Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Alderney, Herm and Sark. We ship within 3 working days from order date.  If you need your item quicker please give us a call to discuss.

Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World

We offer shipping on some products to Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping can take up to 4 weeks as local restrictions may apply. All orders shipped to Europe and  the rest of the world are subject to customs and duty fees payable by the customer at point of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship Water and Air Heaters, Parking Heaters and Stoves outside of the United Kingdom.

Collection from our Offices

If you prefer to collect your order, we offer collection from our office in Newton Abbot, Devon.  Please contact us before placing your order.

Delay and Damage during Transit

Our carrier insurance cover protects against loss or damage to your order in transit. Unfortunately, our insurance does not give cover for losses incurred by delay within our carrier's transit policy. If you've not received your order on day two following despatch, please do give us a call.

Please do check the contents of your delivery as soon as is it is received and check for any damage. If packaging is damaged, and you have not signed for the box as damaged, we reserve the right to send replacement parts only. If not reported within 14 days from the time of purchase, manufacturer does not accept any claims of incompleteness and mechanical damages after sale.

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at with photos of the damage and packaging. Photos will be used as evidence to start an insurance claim with our carrier service. In the event of an insurance claim of Combi Boilers, Parking Heaters and Stoves, these are usually settled by our carrier in 15 working days from start of claim. We are unable to offer a refund/replacement until investigation has concluded and shipment has been returned to our offices.


We operate a strict 14-day return policy. Furthermore, we understand there are reasons you may need to return a product, and we are happy to accept an order for return up to and including 14 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unused and in the original condition as we despatched it. The product must also be in the original packaging which must remain undamaged. We only accept returns from the person who has purchased the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Obvious signs of use and or installation.

Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (including during return transit)

To return your product, you should return it to: Thermo Technica c/o Crystal Technica Ltd. 4 Brunel Buildings, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4PB.

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product, and your shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 7 days from arrival at our premises to process your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to give notice that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if a partial refund will be made.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
